Everyman's Throne

This is a collaboration made for Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park Art and Earth Day 2022. I had the pleasure of working with architect/sculptor/photographer @jackreesephotography who came up with the concept, and sculptor/painter Fenghao Chen to construct this over 8’ tall installation. This piece flips the hierarchical systems of consumption and control on its head. The pyramid invites guests of the park to sit and enjoy the view towards the pond, while offering other apertures towards surrounding sculptures.
