Mental Rigidity creates inflexibility and difficulty to adapt to changes that life brings upon us.
More pronounced in the neurodiverse, this is one of the qualities that brings upon hardships and discrimination from the neurotypical dominant world. However; mental rigidity also has many benefits to society. Many jobs require the discipline and strong ethics of a rigid mind and in an ideal world there will be acceptance and inclusion towards all the neurotypes.
